Super Chunky mini that I cherish so much!!

I can't tell you how great it feels to use photos I have been saving for the last two years, because there wasn't room in the family album, and by room I mean I didn't feel comfortable putting lots of pics of me in our weekly spreads. A real sincere thank you to the girls who put this together because you have changed my thinking! We deserve to be recorded too! We are worth the time it takes and our posterity will know something about us too!!

Wow, eight sheets of tissue for only $1.50! Thats a lot of value, and it's shiny gold foiled too!

Are you looking for ways to add or use other supplies in your Project Life books? 

Most of this kit is the February Studio Calico Project Life kit for 2015, but I had been saving (ahem, hoarding) this gold script card since Feb. 2014:)

The gold striped card above is actually the tissue paper! Tying together both sides of the layout with some gold foil on each side.

You can simply cut the tissue carefully with a paper trimmer, and use a scrap or unused PL card to help slide the tissue into your pocket! You can see here how shiny the golf foil is. LOVE.

Gah! Love this design and it ties the mint, blush, gold color scheme together nicely. It was actually the inspiration for this spread. 

The hidden journaling's my favorite part of the story this week, and I am so thankful we have an easy way to preserve those memories that are precious to us!

How I Thrive : #myselfiescrapbook week four

Week Four of the prompts from #myselfiescrapbook is about "how I thrive". This week I'm thriving, and enjoying time with loved ones, loose leaf tea, having a tea cup in hand all day, warm days, painting,  and loving the surprise visit from my littlest sister! I didn't spend any time for NSD scrapping, but captured it all within fifteen minutes, (SERIOUSLY) less time than it takes to cook rice! :) That's what I was doing at the time, anyway, waiting for dinner to cook.  All with the Project Life App! Available in the APP store.
